Express Delivery Options: Listed below. Available only in the contiguous United States. We can't ship packages using 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We don't provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.

3-Day Delivery:
•Add $6.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 4 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 4 business days later, on Thursday.)

2-Day Delivery:
•Add $12.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 3 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 3 business days later, on Wednesday.)

Overnight Delivery:
•Add $17.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 2 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 2 business days later, on Tuesday.)

Express Delivery of Oversized Items: For 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery of oversized items (shown with a truck symbol), add $5.75 to the standard shipping & handling charges for each item.

**Birthday Express uses the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

International Shipping

Where We Deliver: At the present time we only ship to the United States and it's territories and Canada.

Shipping Carrier
All international orders, including Canadian orders, are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping with UPS allows us to provide our international customers with a tracking number for the shipment, which will allow our customer to track the package through customs.

Delivery Time
We estimate that a standard order to an international location will take 12-14 business days. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date on international orders, we can estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, the UPS estimates delivery time of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate customs time, and we recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.

U.S. Territory Addresses: Packages shipping to Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan addresses are considered domestic. These destinations follow guidelines for domestic shipments. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We don't ship express to these addresses at any time.
