Express Delivery Options: Listed below. Available only in the contiguous United States. We can't ship packages using 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We don't provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.

3-Day Delivery:
•Add $6.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 4 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 4 business days later, on Thursday.)

2-Day Delivery:
•Add $12.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 3 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 3 business days later, on Wednesday.)

Overnight Delivery:
•Add $17.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges.
•Please allow 2 business days* for processing and delivery of your order. (For example, if you place an order on Friday, you'll receive your package 2 business days later, on Tuesday.)

Express Delivery of Oversized Items: For 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery of oversized items (shown with a truck symbol), add $5.75 to the standard shipping & handling charges for each item.

*Washington State residents: add 8.8% sales tax. North Carolina residents: add 7.0% sales tax.
**Birthday Express uses the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

International Shipping

Where We Deliver: We ship to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we don't ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria and Zanzibar.

Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate that an order to an international location will take 15 business days. While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, UPS estimates delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. We can't estimate customs time. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.

Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They're the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we can't refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once UPS makes delivery to the destination country.

Shipping Method: We ship all international orders via UPS. We require a physical address to ship orders to international destinations and can't accept P.O. Box addresses.

Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally we have out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We don't ship partial shipments to international destinations. We'll attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered. If we don't hear back from you, we'll substitute a similar item from our warehouse, or credit you for the item.

U.S. Embassy & Consulate Shipments: Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.

APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO addresses are not considered domestic. They're handled by the U.S. Military, and the shipping chart for domestic orders will be used. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We do not ship express to APO or FPO addresses.

U.S. Territory Addresses: Packages shipping to Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan addresses are considered domestic. These destinations follow guidelines for domestic shipments. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We don't ship express to these addresses at any time.
